What is the GROW Programme?

We have developed GROW, which is a collaborative development programme designed to improve service delivery, promote inclusion, and build capacity across our branch network.

GROW stands for Guide – Review – Oversee – Weigh, and it offers a supportive, inclusive alternative to traditional monitoring and evaluation.

Each GROW visit includes three interactive sessions that serve as team-building exercises, motivational checkpoints, and strategic planning boosts.
